DETAILS FOR VOCAL ASSESSMENTS:
Feedback is important and incredibly valuable. My Vocal Assessments are an opportunity for you to get an expert opinion regarding your singing and vocal performance. And it is all done online.
For an assessment I spend 30 minutes to an hour listening to you and notating my feedback regarding pitch, tone and delivery, answering your questions, and giving you suggestions for moving forward with your singing. SAMPLES
Once I receive your materials, you will get a confirmation email from me and then I’ll email your Vocal Assessment back to you in 7- 10 days.
How it works:
1. I receive your request for a Vocal Assessment. I send you a Questionnaire and a Paypal invoice.
2. Make your payment of $26.95 ($24.95 + $2 processing fee)
3. Fill out the Questionnaire that I send you. (Open the .doc, copy and paste it into a new document, save it as “VAQuestionnaire”, fill it out and save again).
4. Record yourself singing 2 songs that demonstrate your singing ability. One should be a capella (without accompaniment) and one should have musical accompaniment (karaoke, guitar, piano, but nothing that drowns out your voice).
If you are sending original material make sure it is COPYRIGHTED and please send me a lyrics sheet in a Word document. If you send me something you recorded in a professional studio, please know that my assessment may not be as accurate because your vocals have been processed. If it is at all possible, ask the engineer to give you a copy of the song without any effects or editing.
5. Email me with “VA” in the Subject and attach your completed questionnaire and your audio. Feel free to type a message if you have any comments or questions.
